and we're off

2010 season off to a great start!  Bruins posted a 3-0 (26-24, 25-17, 26-24) sweep of Oregon Tech tonight at home in front of a huge crowd. In fact, largest crowd in quite awhile here at "The Cave" aka - Redwood Auditorium. Even several former Bruin athletes in the house to watch the action.  Both teams served terrible (I think my coaching counterpart would agree), but our enthusiasm and determination were rock solid.  I love this team.  We led the entire match with the exception of 5-5 in the beginning of the 3rd set.  Quick celebration however, as we face Oregon Tech again tomorrow at 11am.  Nothing like a familiar opponent this early in the season.  Again, fantastic start to our season, our home crowd was awesome and we must serve better.  Hope your season is off to a great start.  JustBU!
