
Sunday, we enjoyed the Superbowl at our house with the BU athletic trainer and her family. As with most years, the passing of Superbowl weekend leads us into the first week of spring practices here at BU. The team is already into the Off season Phase I weight program with focus on working large/power muscles, increased intensity, and hitting repetition maximum's (RM). The power-oriented exercises range between 4-6RM and the multi-joint strength exercises 10RM. That's all for now. Keep up the good work and grab a cup of joe to get your week off to a roaring start.
