
BUsports: What have you been up to since last season ended? Anything interesting or exciting? I have been working and working out along with spending time with family and friends.
BUsports: How do you feel the spring season went for the team and for you as an individual? I think spring season went pretty well for our team, we were working on new things that we will only get better at in the fall when we play. Spring season gave me a chance to really work hard on certain areas of my game to be ready to play in the fall.
BUsports: If you had to pick one area of the game that you improved upon most during the spring season, what would it be? The area I think I improved on the most in the spring was my hitting and timing with my setter which helps for good setter-hitter chemistry.
BUsports: Is there anything specific that you're working on this summer to help you out when the season starts in the fall? I am working on my shoulder exercises to really strengthen my shoulders to make them stronger so I can hit harder.
BUsports: When you look ahead to the 2009 season, what are you most excited about? I am most excited about meeting our new team and playing with them. We have a young team and I'm looking forward to seeing how we all play together.
BUsports: What are some of the goals that you have as an individual for this fall? I would like to be one of the best middles in our league as well as an all conference player. I am going to have to continue to work really hard to accomplish all my goals.
BUsports: Any exciting plans for the summer before fall practices start? I am going on a trip to LA with family and we're going to Disneyland which I'm very excited about! Other than that, just getting ready to go back to school and play volleyball !
BUsports: When you’re not on the volleyball court, what are you most likely doing? When I'm not on the volleyball court, I am either working out, at the beach, eating, shopping, getting a pedicure, or hanging out with friends or my supportive boyfriend! :)
BUsports: Are you a fan of any other sports? What teams or players do you follow? Other than beach volleyball, I don't mind watching them, but i don't have a particular team or player that i follow. I do like watching games though when I know someone that's playing.
